1. Introduction

Welcome to SpinsDesign. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you browse our website, place an order, or use our digital design services. By purchasing from SpinsDesign, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

SpinsDesign provides digital design services including logo concepts, branding assets, web visuals, social media graphics, print and marketing designs, packaging concepts, and custom creative assets. Each service includes the deliverables described on its service page.

3. Orders and Project Details

After placing an order, the customer is responsible for providing the required project details, such as brand name, preferred style, text, images, examples, colors, dimensions, and other instructions. Delays in providing these details may delay delivery.

4. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped. Final files are delivered online using the format or method appropriate for the service purchased.

5. Revisions and Scope

Included revisions are listed in the service description. Revisions must stay within the original project scope. New concepts, major direction changes, extra deliverables, or requests outside the original order may require an additional purchase.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer confirms that any text, logos, images, references, or materials provided for the project are owned by the customer or that the customer has permission to use them. SpinsDesign is not responsible for issues caused by customer-provided materials.

7. Approval and Final Files

Once the customer approves the final design or final files are delivered, the project is considered completed. Any further changes after completion may be treated as a new request or additional paid work.

8. Intellectual Property

After full payment and final delivery, the customer may use the final approved design files for their brand or project, unless the service description says otherwise. Drafts, unused concepts, working files, source files, and internal design materials remain the property of SpinsDesign unless specifically included in the purchased service.

9. Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment must be completed before work begins. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by secure third-party payment providers.

10. No Guaranteed Results

SpinsDesign creates professional visual design work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, conversions, customer growth, or platform performance from using the designs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinsDesign and Nextoy LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, services, or delivered files.
